72-Hour Damaged / Transit Replacement
If your parcel arrives with a broken bottle, cracked roller, defective atomizer, or leakage during transit, notify our WhatsApp concierge within 72 hours with a photograph of the parcel. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement.
Hygiene & Fragrance Integrity
Due to cosmetic hygiene standards and the nature of perfume oils, opened bottles or fragrances that have been partially used cannot be returned for a change of mind. We encourage first-time buyers to try our 3ML or 6ML tester sizes before investing in full-size 30ML/50ML bottles.
How to Initiate a Replacement
- Take a photo or short video of the parcel and defective bottle.
- Message our WhatsApp concierge with your Order Number (e.g. ARV-2026-XXXX).
- Our support team will approve and arrange an exchange within 24 hours.
