1. Ordering & Order Confirmation

Submitting an order through the ARVAANA website creates an order draft and initiates communication with our WhatsApp concierge. An order is deemed officially accepted and confirmed only after ARVAANA administrators verify stock availability and confirm courier details with the customer.

2. Inspired Fragrances & Trademark Disclaimer

Fragrances designated as “Inspired by [Brand/Name]” are independently formulated interpretations created by ARVAANA using high-grade European oils. Reference to designer trademarks or brand names is made strictly for comparative olfactory identification and characterization. ARVAANA has no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from the original brand trademark holders.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices on the website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). While we strive for absolute accuracy, ARVAANA reserves the right to correct typographical pricing errors before order confirmation.

4. Delivery Terms

Customers agree to provide accurate phone numbers and delivery locations. Failure to receive COD parcels without valid justification damages courier dispatch logistics and may result in exclusion from future COD services.
